Buyer Backup is provided by Newman AI Works to help users organize purchase-related evidence.

Use of the app:

You are responsible for the information, media, and files you record, import, export, or share. Do not use Buyer Backup to record or share anything unlawful, private, unsafe, or outside your rights to capture.

No outcome guarantee:

Buyer Backup does not guarantee refunds, returns, chargebacks, insurance decisions, carrier decisions, marketplace outcomes, merchant outcomes, or any other claim result.

No professional advice:

Buyer Backup does not provide legal, financial, insurance, tax, banking, or claims advice.

Local data:

Buyer Backup stores proof packets locally by default. You are responsible for keeping your device, backups, and exported files secure.

Subscriptions:

If optional Pro subscriptions are offered, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling will be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to the store where you purchased.

Changes:

The app and these terms may change over time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
