Data stored by the app
Collectory stores the information you enter, including collection and item details, quantities, categories, tags, wishlists, notes, and storage-location labels. This information is stored in the app's local data area. Collectory does not require an account and does not upload your collection to Newman AI Works servers.
Photos you choose
When you add a photo, Collectory uses the platform's system photo-selection flow and works only with the image you choose. The selected image is copied into the app's local storage for use with your item. Collectory does not need broad access to browse your photo library.
Manual backup, restore, and exports
Manual ZIP backup and restore are free features. A backup or export is created only when you ask for it, and you choose where to save or share the resulting file through your device. Collectory does not provide automatic cloud backup and has no Google Drive integration. Files you save outside the app are governed by the destination and service you choose.
Collectory Pro and store processing
Collectory Pro is a one-time USD 9.99 upgrade, not a subscription. Where the upgrade is available, Apple or Google processes the transaction under its own privacy and payment terms. Newman AI Works does not receive your full payment-card details. The app may ask the platform store for the purchase entitlement needed to unlock Pro features.
What Newman AI Works does not collect through Collectory
The Collectory app does not include advertising, third-party behavioral analytics, a custom account system, a custom sync service, or a Newman AI Works collection-data backend. Newman AI Works does not receive the collections, item details, storage locations, notes, photos, or manual backup files you keep in or export from the app.
Deleting your data
You can delete items and collections in the app. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes its local data, subject to your platform's behavior. Files you exported or backed up elsewhere must be deleted separately from the location where you saved them.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when Collectory's features or platform requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Privacy questions can be sent to newmanaiworks@gmail.com.
