We explain what website inquiries, update lists, and local-first products do and do not collect—in plain language.

Information you send through forms or update lists is used for the requested purpose.
Third-party tools apply only where the site or product explicitly uses them.
Who this covers
This policy covers the Newman AI Works website at newmanaiworks.com. App-specific policies for Buyer Backup, Lowball Lab, and Collectory are linked from their product pages and describe how those apps handle local app data.
Information the website collects
Newman AI Works collects inquiry details that you submit through the contact form, including your name, email address, project type, project goal, timeline, budget range, links, and message. Product update lists can collect your name, email address, consent status, source, and product interest so Newman AI Works can send requested updates.
The website also records lightweight interaction events, such as page paths, navigation clicks, product-page clicks, update-list submissions, and browser user agent strings. These events help understand whether the site and product pages are useful. The site does not use this data to build advertising profiles.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to project requests, provide requested product updates, operate the site, reduce spam or abuse, and improve page clarity. Do not send sensitive personal information through forms unless it is necessary for the request.
Storage, providers, and app data boundaries
Form submissions and lightweight events are stored in the Newman AI Works Hostinger database when available. If the database is unavailable, the site can save form and event records to local server storage for operational continuity. Email replies are handled through the email provider used by Newman AI Works.
Newman AI Works does not sell your inquiry details or update-list email. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, email, hosting, database, security, and support workflows, or when required to comply with law or protect the site from abuse.
Buyer Backup, Lowball Lab, and Collectory are designed as local-first apps. Their local app records are not uploaded to Newman AI Works by default. If a future app version adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, ads, or other data collection, the relevant app privacy policy and app store data disclosures should be updated before those changes are released.
Security, retention, and deletion
Newman AI Works uses hosting, database, form validation, and rate-limiting controls to protect website records. No online system is perfectly secure. Inquiry and update-list records are kept only as long as needed for support, product updates, operations, or legitimate business records.
You can request deletion of your inquiry or update-list record by emailing newmanaiworks@gmail.com.
Children
The website and Newman AI Works apps are not intended for children under 13.
