A Small App Store Launch Checklist

The boring launch details are part of the product. They make the app feel real before anyone downloads it.

01 Keep the promise narrow.
02 Prepare support and privacy early.
03 Use screenshots to prove the workflow.

Say one thing clearly

The store page should explain the app in one sentence: who it helps, what goes in, and what comes out. A narrow promise is easier to trust than a giant claim.

Support pages matter

Privacy, terms, support email, and help notes are not paperwork at the end. They are part of the launch surface and should be ready before store review.

Screenshots should show the loop

Good screenshots show the real workflow: input, calculation or decision, result, and next action. They should not be decorative posters only.
